As our techology recommendations have changed in line with with technical innovation so have our charging policies. Traditionally we have based our charges for our support on the number of hardware devices – server, pc, notebook etc. With the multitude of other devices,namely pad and smart phones we are moving to a per person charging model. This more accurately reflects the business needs of our users and is flexible in that it can change in line with staff changes.
This new method of charging provides our clients with tighter control of their budgets. Our Gold service includes all remote IT support whilst our Platinum support package is our all embracing solution that includes on-site support.
