Fully Manned Helpdesk
Our Helpdesk is manned by trained support staff who have a working knowledge of our clients and their computer systems. We provide a professional and personal service providing help and assistance when needed. Just telephone our support number to speak directly to one of our helpdesk staff.
Remote Assistance
Using VPN technologies over broadband, we provide remote support to Servers and PCs from our offices. If help is required we will make a ‘virtual’ visit to your office providing instant help without the need to send an engineer to your office thus saving time and money.
On-Site Assistance
In the cases where remote help is not appropriate or perhaps possible then an engineer can be dispatched to your office to attend in person. All clients are assigned a main and backup site engineer which means that even when your primary contact is not available, a knowledgeable professional is still on hand.
Problem Tracking Database
We have recently moved our client support database to a new web-based system which has dramatically transformed our call resolution and tracking. Also, as the system can be accessed over the Internet, clients can now access their own support calls and see the progress on them. Our support staff in the field also have access to the system and can update the database from any Internet connection.
Variety of Customer Support Packages
We have three levels of Support: Bronze, Silver and Gold with Gold being our top level service providing proactive remote service for your Servers and PC systems. We will help you select the most appropriate package for your particular needs which will be determined in part by the availability of your own internal IT resources.
Remote System Monitoring and Maintenance
Our Silver and Gold support services provide proactive support. Each week we remotely connect and check the status of your Servers. We check and apply critical security updates, server event logs, disk and memory usage and tape backup status, enabling us to identify problem areas before they are apparent to the users.
